Data Protection Act 1998

We need to hold your name and address in our records for you to receive mailings but we'd like you to be clear about where your name and address goes (and where they don't) when you send these details to us.

Your personal details will be held in the EFLGC Records maintained by the EFLGC Committee and will be used solely for the work of the Fellowship (as defined by its Aims and Constitution).

The Membership List (together with the Mailing List) is confidential to the EFLGC Committee and to Regional Co-ordinators appointed by and accountable to the Committee. Your personal details may not be passed to any other person (including other EFLGC members) without your written consent.

Different activities of the Fellowship – Regional Networks, Conferences, Prayer Calendar, Open Membership List etc, - are organised by different EF members around the country. If you choose to link up with any of these activities (details are given in the pack which members receive on joining) you will be asked by the relevant organiser for permission for your personal details to be held by them in their records for the purposes of that work.

Also, we may occasionally ask you for feedback about EFLGC and it may be useful for us to keep a record of who this is from. EFLGC undertakes to take due care in:-

    (a) protecting the confidentiality of the information we request from you

    (b) maintaining the security of any personal information we hold.
